B2B Partner Program – the best drop prices for real shops

A program for serious shops and wholesalers. No multi-tier discount grid — a clear Partner status, and with it automatically the best available price in every drop.

TL;DR

  • Partner status = structurally best drop prices, no tiered list.
  • Requirement: verified commercial registration and serious volume.
  • Bonus: priority access to new drops, dedicated contact.
  • Clearly separate from the private club member (see comparison page).

How the Partner Program works

Instead of a classic discount table, CannabisClub uses a status model: partners see the structurally best available price in every drop. No per-batch negotiation, no „minimum 20" — one access, consistent conditions.

Benefits in detail

Partner status bundles operational and commercial benefits that would otherwise have to be negotiated separately:

  • Structurally best drop prices
  • Priority access to new batches ahead of others
  • Dedicated contact for orders, analytics, returns
  • Access to bulk conditions and (if eligible) white-label options
  • Priority on limited batches (specific genetics, small series)

Requirements (short version)

Partner status is not a „discount code". It requires verified commercial registration, target-country compliance (e.g. Novel Food in the EU) and serious volume. Details in the „Partner Status Requirements" spoke.

Onboarding flow

1. Fill in the application (company, target country, planned volume). 2. Verification by our team. 3. Partner access activated. 4. First drop with Partner prices visible.

Why status instead of a discount ladder — the economics

Classic tiered pricing rewards one-off large orders and punishes small, frequent reorders. For a shop that is commercially unhelpful: capital sits in stock, goods age, and every reorder restarts the negotiation. Our status model inverts it: the partner price applies in every drop, whether you take 200 grams or 5 kilograms.

The price advantage is not a marketing decision but a cost-structure fact: verified partners generate little support, few returns and few payment defaults, order predictably and absorb whole batches. We pass that saving on structurally instead of hiding it in promotions.

  • One price level, no per-order negotiation
  • Plannable reordering without stock pressure
  • Priority on limited batches
  • A named contact instead of a ticket queue

What we expect from a partner

Partner status is reciprocal. We expect accurate company data, compliance in the target market, no publishing of partner prices as a consumer price reference, and fair communication on complaints. Distributing goods in a country where they are not marketable costs the status — not as punishment, but because it endangers the whole supply chain.

In return we commit only to what we can hold: transparent batch information, honest availability instead of wish dates, and a clear answer when a lot does not fit the intended use case. A partner program is worth exactly as much as the reliability of the statements inside it.

FAQ

Is Partner status paid?

No. No fee. Partner status depends on verification and volume, not on a subscription.

How quickly am I onboarded?

Usually within a few business days after we receive the application and verification documents.

Can I become a Partner without ordering today?

Yes — for serious projects, we can activate Partner access before the first drop. Active usage is expected over time.

What if I stop doing volume?

Status remains active for some time; on prolonged inactivity it is reset to standard.

Is there per-country exclusivity?

No — but the partner circle is intentionally kept small to keep prices and availability stable.

Can I lose partner status?

Yes — breaches of target-market regulation, false company data or prolonged inactivity reset the status to standard.

Are there extra discounts beyond the partner price?

No. The partner price is already the structurally best level; extra special discounts would devalue the model for every other partner.
