  • Shipping: discreet, insured, tracked.
  • Returns: only on quality issues after CoA comparison.

Default: prepay by bank transfer. For recurring partners, invoice payment is possible after individual review.

Returns & complaints

Complaints handled strictly along the analytics: CoA and return documentation are the reference. Genuine defects lead to replacement or credit.

Payment, retention of title and complaint windows

B2B terms are rarely decided on price but on three points: payment mode, transfer of title and complaint window. First orders normally run on prepayment, because in the cannabis space neither classic trade-credit insurance nor factoring is reliably available. After several drops settled on time, payment terms become an individual conversation.

Complaints about obvious defects — wrong quantity, transport damage, clear deviation from the batch description — must be reported immediately on receipt, with photos and batch number. This duty to notify matches Swiss commercial practice (Art. 201 CO) and protects both sides: the later the report, the less it can be established whether the deviation arose at the supplier, in transit or at the recipient.

  • First order: prepayment, individual terms afterwards
  • Defect notice immediately on receipt with photo and batch number
  • Retention of title until full payment
  • Jurisdiction and governing law: Switzerland

Packaging, storage and shelf life as contract elements

Bulk goods ship in odour-proof, light-tight containers. On receipt, storage responsibility moves to the partner: cool, dark, 55–62 % relative humidity. Storage that is too dry destroys terpenes and makes flower brittle; too humid risks mould — both defects that can no longer be attributed to the supplier.

For every batch we document harvest date and recommended use-by window. Carried into the partner's inventory system, those fields enable first-expired-first-out rotation instead of gut feel — the fastest lever against write-offs in CBD trading.

Returns and warranty in a B2B context

In business-to-business trade there is no right of withdrawal as in consumer sales. Returns exist for defects only, not for mis-purchases or changed demand. That is why we recommend sample packs: they cost little and replace the option to return with a decision made on complete information.

FAQ

Invoice with payment terms?

Available on request after a recurring order history.

Customs and taxes?

Usually DAP – customs and local taxes are on the buyer. Country details in the country funnel.

Are payment terms available to new partners?

The first order runs on prepayment. Terms are agreed individually after several correctly settled drops.

How long can I raise a complaint on a batch?

Obvious defects immediately on receipt. Hidden defects as soon as they become detectable — always with batch number and photo documentation.

Can I return unsold goods?

No. B2B trade has no return right for goods in unchanged condition; reversals happen only for proven defects in the delivered batch.
