Partner application – how to apply

In a few steps from interest to active Partner access.

TL;DR

  • 1. Fill the contact form / application.
  • 2. Submit verification documents.
  • 3. Review by our team.
  • 4. Activation + first drop in the Partner area.

Step 1 – application

Via the contact form: company, country, planned assortment, targeted volume.

Step 2 – documents

Commercial registration, VAT ID (EU), authorised contact, target-country compliance evidence if applicable.

Step 3 – review & onboarding call

We align assortment, timing and terms in a short call. Goal: every question cleared before the first drop.

Step 4 – activation

Partner access is activated; the first drop prices become visible in the Partner area.

What makes an application fast — and what delays it

Complete applications are usually processed within a few business days. Delays almost always come from the same three causes: missing commercial register extract, no stated target market, or a vague description of the intended business model. The more concrete the details on assortment, expected volume and timeline, the faster we can match the right batch.

It also helps to state the intended sales form up front — loose flower, packed units, processing into extracts, or own brand. That information drives batch choice, analytics scope and packaging, and saves a round of questions.

  • Attach the commercial register extract directly
  • State target market and planned product form
  • Give expected volume and time horizon
  • Directly reachable contact person

After approval: the first 30 days

Activation is usually followed by a sample pack so the partner can check quality and analytics against their own requirements. In parallel we settle packaging, delivery address, customs handling and — for EU import — the document chain. Allocation in a drop comes after that.

We recommend keeping the first order deliberately small and running the whole process once: order, shipment, goods receipt, inspection, invoicing. Documented cleanly, that first cycle lets you scale afterwards with far less friction.

Common misunderstandings in the application process

Three assumptions regularly lead to disappointment: that partner prices are negotiable, that availability is guaranteed, and that an application is a contract. None holds. Partner access creates conditions and allocation priority but no supply guarantee — in a batch model, availability is always finite.

FAQ

How long does it take?

Usually a few business days after a complete application.

Does the application cost anything?

No.

What happens if my application is declined?

We report the decline back. The most common reasons are incomplete verification or a target market where the goods are not marketable; reapplying after clarification is possible.

Do I have to commit to a volume when applying?

No. A realistic estimate is enough — it only helps batch planning and is not a purchase commitment.

Is approval a supply guarantee?

No. Partner status secures conditions and allocation priority, not a guaranteed quantity; availability depends on the specific batch.
