  • Delivery usually within 24–48 hours, in neutral packaging.

How it works for tourists — in four steps

The whole process is built for travellers. There is nothing to prepare before you land in Switzerland, and no Swiss ID, social-security number or proof of address is required.

Your membership stays active after you leave. Come back next year and you order with the same login and a new delivery address.

  • 1. Free account + age verification — Sign-up takes about two minutes. We verify your age with a valid ID card or passport — foreign documents are explicitly accepted.
  • 2. Enter a delivery address in Switzerland — Hotel, Airbnb, hostel, serviced apartment or a friend's place. The only requirement is that you can receive the parcel there.
  • 3. Browse current drops and order — Inside the member area you see available batches with lab values, terpene profile and the price per gram at direct-purchase conditions.
  • 4. Receive a discreet delivery — Usually within 24–48 hours, in neutral packaging with no reference to the contents or the sender.

Delivery to hotels, Airbnbs and temporary addresses

We ship to any delivery address in Switzerland. A permanent home address is not a condition — all that matters is that the parcel reaches you within your stay.

Hotels and hostels routinely accept parcels for guests at reception. To make sure it is matched to you, add your full name to the address line and, if you already know it, your room number. For Airbnbs and serviced apartments delivery works like any private address; if nobody is in, the parcel goes to the nearest pick-up point.

  • Hotels & hostels — Address line: hotel name, then "c/o your name, room XY". A quick word at reception prevents returns.
  • Airbnb & holiday flats — Check the name on the letterbox or doorbell. If it is someone else's name, add "c/o" plus that name.
  • Neutral packaging — No logo, no product reference, no smell — the parcel looks like any other shipment.
  • Timing before check-out — Order at least two working days before you leave. If plans change, the parcel can be redirected to a pick-up point.

What you can order as a tourist

Right now we carry only legal CBD products below 1% THC: indoor flower from licensed Swiss production, hash and oils. Every batch ships with a certificate of analysis from a Swiss lab showing cannabinoid content and purity — you see the numbers before you buy, not after.

In Switzerland THC products are not freely available outside a medical prescription or approved pilot projects, so we do not sell them. Once the Cannabis Products Act allows regulated sales, access opens to existing members — that is expressly not a promise about timing or price.

Trust, law and responsible use

We are a Swiss operator with our own indoor production in Sarnen (canton of Obwalden), run by Canna Amsterdam GmbH. We sell only to verified members aged 18 and over.

What you buy legally in Switzerland cannot automatically travel with you: CBD flower below 1% THC is freely sold here, but at the border the law of your destination country applies — in many countries possessing cannabis flower is an offence regardless of THC content. Consume during your stay or dispose of leftovers before you depart.

CBD is not intoxicating, but it can make you drowsy and interact with medication. Do not drive under the influence: Swiss police measure THC in blood, and even legal CBD flower contains traces of it.

Tourist FAQ

Can tourists join CannabisClub.ch?
Yes. Tourists and short-term visitors can join the community. You must be at least 18 years old, pass age verification, and have a delivery address in Switzerland.
Do I need Swiss residency?
No. Swiss residency or a registered address is not required. An address in Switzerland where you can receive the delivery is enough — a hotel room counts.
Can you deliver to my hotel?
Yes. We deliver to hotels, hostels, Airbnbs, holiday flats and serviced apartments. Add the hotel name, your full name and, if possible, your room number to the address.
How does age verification work for tourists?
You prove your age with a valid official identity document. Foreign passports and ID cards are accepted; a Swiss document is not necessary.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 24 to 48 hours within Switzerland, depending on when you order and which shipping option you pick. For short stays, allow at least two working days.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. We ship in neutral packaging with no logo and no reference to the contents. From the outside the parcel is indistinguishable from any ordinary shipment.
What happens if I'm only staying a few days?
Order right after signing up and at least two working days before departure. If it gets tight, the parcel can be redirected to a nearby pick-up point.
Can I order before I arrive in Switzerland?
You can register at any time from anywhere. Only place the order once your delivery address is confirmed for the delivery window, otherwise the parcel arrives before you check in.

We sell only legal Swiss CBD products containing less than 1% THC. They are freely available inside Switzerland, but must not be taken across the border — not even to neighbouring countries where CBD is otherwise allowed. THC products are not available outside a medical prescription or approved pilot projects. Last updated August 2026.
