How it works in Locarno — four steps

The process is built for travellers: no registered address, no Swiss social security number, no Swiss ID. Locarno addresses are normally reached the day after a working-day order.

Your membership stays active after you leave. Next time you are in Locarno, order with the same account and a new delivery address.

1. Sign up free + age verification — About two minutes. A valid passport or ID card is enough as proof of age — foreign documents are explicitly accepted.
2. Enter your address in Locarno — Hotel, Airbnb, hostel or serviced apartment in Locarno. All that matters is that you can receive the parcel there.
3. Order from the current drops — The member area shows available batches with lab values, terpene profile and price per gram at member conditions.
4. Receive a discreet delivery — Neutral packaging, usually the next day at your address in Locarno.

Hotel delivery in Locarno

We deliver to hotels on Piazza Grande, in Muralto, Minusio and Ascona, plus holiday flats in the Maggia delta and towards Losone. Resort hotel receptions are smaller and more personal, so parcel handover is usually straightforward.

A permanent home address is not a requirement. All that counts is that the parcel reaches you during your stay in Locarno — hotels and hostels routinely accept guest parcels at reception.

Fill in the address correctly — Hotel name, "c/o your name, room XY", then street, number and the Locarno postcode.
Tell reception briefly — One sentence at check-in prevents the parcel going back as undeliverable.
Neutral packaging — No logo, no product reference, no smell — from the outside an ordinary parcel.
Timing before departure — Order at least two working days before check-out, or redirect the parcel to a pick-up point.
Holiday flats — Without a reception desk: check that your name is on the letterbox, or choose pickup at the post office.

What tourists can order in Locarno

Right now we carry legal CBD products below 1% THC only: indoor flower from our licensed Swiss production in Sarnen, hash and oils. Every batch ships with a certificate of analysis from a Swiss laboratory — you see the cannabinoid values before you buy.

As a member you buy at direct purchasing conditions instead of retail shop prices. We do not sell THC products: outside a medical prescription and approved pilot projects they are not freely available in Switzerland. Once the Cannabis Products Act allows regulated sales, access will open to existing members — that is not a promise about timing or price.

Locarno for visitors

Around Piazza Grande, in Muralto near the station and in Ascona, guests often stay a full week or longer. That takes the pressure off timing: order after check-in and wait for delivery without stress.
