Default coverage
Under mandatory insurance (LAMal/KVG), KPT pays cannabinoids on the Specialities List — currently only Sativex® for moderate-to-severe MS spasticity.
Dronabinol, standardised THC flower and magistral preparations sit outside and require an individual decision.
