Interpretation
A timeline is useful only when its entries answer the same question or make their differences visible. Two entries here concern changes in force within defined areas; the third concerns work on a draft. They are therefore not presented as three equivalent market openings. The table contains three selected milestones checked against the linked primary sources. The FOPH dates the pilot-trial legal basis to 15 May 2021 and the medical-use amendment to August 2022. The parliamentary release of 8 May 2026 documents a revision mandate after consultation. It does not establish entry into force of the Cannabis Products Act. Date precision follows each source; no additional day is assigned to August 2022 here. This selection is not a complete legislative history and does not measure acceleration of regulation.
