Interpretation
A reporting system describes what its rules collected. It does not automatically answer every question about care. The unit and period therefore matter more here than a large figure that appears current. One bar suffices for the substantiated total; extra annual values are not interpolated. The symptom selection describes documented treatment contexts without recommending cannabis for those symptoms. Reported use does not establish efficacy either. A future time series will need comparable sources, reporting rules and periods. Downloads retain the explicit identification of these historical notifications.

Methodology
We retain notification and reporting-physician counts from section 3.2 of MeCanna 2022–2023. The table shows selected reported symptoms from figure 3, with N=616 and multiple responses possible. These shares are not mutually exclusive market or diagnosis groups. The single bar covers that same period, not an annual growth series. The report identifies incomplete and selective reporting; authorised finished medicines used within their approved indication are outside this notification obligation. The value is therefore not described as a complete national prescription or patient count. The editorial review date does not update the historical observation period.
