Where does the model come from?

In 1993, ARSEC founded in Barcelona the first organised association for personal cultivation for members. Goal: move consumption out of illegality into a closed, controlled frame.

Core principles

Closed membership, non-profit, personal consumption, no resale, no public advertising, transparency towards authorities.

Swiss adaptation

CannabisClub.ch adopts the principles but operates within Swiss law: only CBD in the open range, THC connection via pilot project or regulatory opening planned.
