Email support@cannabisclub.ch with subject 'Cancel membership' and your member ID. Confirmation within 24 h.

Data & open orders

Open orders are still packed and shipped. After that, account data is deleted within 30 days (FADP). Only legally required accounting data stays archived 10 years.
