Cannabis Club Switzerland — the 2026 membership guide

The central entry point for club membership: onboarding, cost, legal frame and every answer for future members.

Why a Cannabis Club in Switzerland?

The Swiss CBD market is strong on quality but expensive: shops sell CBD flowers at CHF 5–10/g. The club approach pools demand from verified members and buys directly from Swiss indoor growers — without middleman markup.

For members: prices from CHF 1.00/g in bulk orders, lab-tested products, discreet postal delivery and a model inspired by the Spanish Cannabis Social Club tradition.

Who can become a member?

Adults (18+) residing in Switzerland. Direct sign-up — no invite code, no waiting list. ID verification is mandatory — no anonymous membership.

How does joining work?

Four steps, ~2 minutes:

What does membership cost?

The club itself has no fixed fee. Members only pay for products at wholesale conditions (CBD from CHF 1.00/g in bulk). THC products will follow once a regulated window (pilot project or legalisation) is open — until then the assortment stays CBD-based.

Legal frame and safety

CannabisClub.ch operates strictly within Swiss law (NarcA Art. 2 lit. a, FADP). Only CBD < 1% THC in the open range. ID verification blocks access by minors. No advertising, no resale permission.

Membership economics: what a member actually saves

The arithmetic is the real reason members join. In Swiss retail, CBD flower costs CHF 5.00–10.00 per gram depending on region and strain; the median is higher in Zurich and Geneva than in Bern or Lugano. Through the club the same indoor material starts at CHF 1.00/g in a bulk drop and sits between CHF 1.50 and 2.50/g for smaller amounts. The gap does not come from lower quality but from removing two margin layers: the middleman and the shop rent.

Concretely: at 20 g per month, a shop at CHF 7.00/g costs roughly CHF 140. In the club, at CHF 1.80/g, that is about CHF 36 — a saving of roughly CHF 104 per month, or CHF 1,248 per year. At 50 g per month the ratio moves from CHF 350 to CHF 75. There is no joining fee, no annual dues and no minimum order: the only money that ever moves is the value of the goods plus postage.

That structure is deliberate. A fixed fee would punish occasional members and push the club into subscription logic, which has nothing to do with the social-club idea. Purchasing is financed by volume itself.

Club, pharmacy or street — the honest channel comparison

In 2026 a Swiss consumer has four realistic routes, each with a different price, quality and legal profile. The pharmacy is the only channel for medical cannabis above 1% THC: since the 2022 Narcotics Act revision the doctor prescribes directly, without an FOPH exceptional licence. Prices run CHF 10–18/g and insurers reimburse only case by case.

Cantonal pilot projects (Basel, Zurich, Lausanne, Geneva, Bern) legally dispense THC cannabis to registered participants — with residence in the study region required, limited places and prices around CHF 8–12/g. The illicit market sits at CHF 8–12/g with no lab analysis and real adulteration and penalty risk: a CHF 100 fixed fine from 10 g held for personal use, criminal proceedings above that.

The club occupies the space in between: legal CBD material under 1% THC, a lab report for every batch, wholesale pricing, no waiting-list lottery. What the club cannot do today we state plainly: THC above 1% is not in the range while no regulated window is open.

What membership concretely includes

An active account opens four things: the drop calendar with advance notice, batch documentation with cannabinoid and terpene profile, bulk tier pricing from 10 g, and the support channel for questions on dosing, storage and legal status. Members see live drops only when signed in; publicly, only completed drops are visible.

Membership is personal and cancellable at any time without notice period. On cancellation, identity data is deleted after the statutory retention periods; there is no remaining term and no follow-up payment. To pause, simply leave the account dormant — at no cost.

Since 2026 membership is open: no invite code and no waiting list are required. The sign-up form asks for email, date of birth and delivery address, followed by the ID check with document and selfie. New members receive a welcome gift of 2 g of premium Swiss indoor CBD flower for free. Shipping runs Switzerland-wide as A-Post Priority in neutral packaging without sender branding, usually delivered the next working day. For questions about strains, terpene profiles or cantonal legal status, support is reachable directly from the member area.
