Black market vs club — the honest cost and risk comparison

No moral finger-wagging, no advertising prose: here are the real costs, risks and uncertainties of both routes side by side — including what the club cannot do today.

At a glance

  • Street prices in Switzerland sit around CHF 10–14/g, with no information on potency or residues.
  • Consumption is handled as a fixed penalty; possession, passing on and cultivation are treated far more harshly.
  • The club supplies only legal CBD below 1% THC today — not a THC substitute.
  • The structural difference: documented origin, lab results per batch and a position for the regulated market.

What a gram really costs

The price per gram is only part of the calculation. On the street you add factors that carry no price tag: unknown potency, possible adulterants or mould, variation between two purchases from the same contact, travel, waiting time and the risk of proceedings.

The club reverses that: documented origin from licensed Swiss indoor producers, lab results per batch, fixed prices without haggling — but today only for products below 1% THC.

The risk nobody talks about: quality

Legal risks are well known. Less discussed is what you do not know about street product: THC and CBD content, pesticide residues, mould from damp storage, residual solvents in extracts, additives that add weight.

Declared values are not a luxury, they are the basis for dosing. If you know the content you can knowingly consume less — that is the practical value of lab testing, whether the product is CBD today or THC later.

What the club cannot do today

We cannot sell you THC today. Full stop. Under current Swiss law, regular THC sales are impossible outside a medical prescription and approved pilot projects, and we stick to that with no grey zone.

We also do not advise you to source it elsewhere in the meantime — that is your decision and your responsibility. What we offer is the legal range today and a verified position for the day regulated sales begin.

Frequently asked

What does street cannabis cost in Switzerland?
Market observations sit around CHF 10–14 per gram, with strong regional differences and no quality guarantee at all.
How high is the fine for consumption?
Consuming small amounts is handled in Switzerland as a fixed penalty of CHF 100. Possession above the threshold, supply and cultivation are prosecuted far more strictly.
Does the club sell THC once I am a member?
No. Today there are only products below 1% THC. The range changes only with a regulated legal framework and the corresponding licence.
Is the club cheaper than the street?
Clearly so for the legal CBD range. For future regulated THC sales we plan CHF 3–5/g based on today's wholesale prices — a plan, not a guarantee.
How does the club protect my data?
Verification data is used solely for age and residency checks; it is never sold or passed to third parties.

In Switzerland, THC products are not freely available outside a medical prescription or approved pilot projects. Today we sell only legal CBD products containing less than 1% THC. Timelines and future prices are expectations, not commitments. Last updated August 2026.
