Legal status in Germany
Germany allows CBD products with low THC content. Our German drops are tuned below 0.3 % THC and sold as collector / aroma products.
- CBD is freely available — Non-psychoactive CBD products are freely sold as long as THC stays below the threshold.
- Cannabis partly legal since 2024 — Adults may possess up to 25 g of THC cannabis for personal use. Sales remain strictly regulated.
- Import from Switzerland — We only ship products with < 0.3 % THC and include a current lab report with every drop.

Buying & shipping from Switzerland
What ordering from a Swiss club actually looks like for members in Deutschland: which products may be shipped at all, how long transit takes, which customs and VAT rules apply, and what to check before your first order.
Membership and ordering from Deutschland
Membership is free and tied to a person, not to a delivery address. After signing up, members in Deutschland only see the products cleared for their country — the assortment is filtered against local law rather than shipped by default. Prices are kept in CHF and converted to EUR at the daily rate during checkout, by card or instant bank transfer. Locally, CBD is available but regulated depending on the product form — that is what determines which formats (oil, extract, cosmetics, flower) are visible to you.
Shipping route and transit time to Deutschland
This is an export from Switzerland into the EU (Deutschland). Parcels ship tracked, in neutral, odour-sealed outer packaging with no reference to the contents. Realistically expect 2–4 working days from dispatch confirmation; customs clearance — not distance — is the main source of variance. Orders paid before 14:00 CET usually leave the same working day. Every parcel includes the invoice and the batch lab report (COA) so contents and declaration match if the shipment is inspected.
Customs, VAT and import
Switzerland is not an EU member, so every parcel to Deutschland is a third-country import. In practice that means a customs declaration with HS code and goods value, import VAT at the rate applicable in Deutschland, and usually a carrier clearance fee. None of this sits in the Swiss price — it falls due on import, so always add it when comparing against a local supplier. Accurate declaration is mandatory; under-invoicing leads to seizure.
Check before you order (Deutschland)
First, the THC ceiling: Deutschland works with a 0,2 % line, while Switzerland allows up to 1.0 % — a product that is legal in Switzerland can be non-compliant in Deutschland. Second, product form: raw flower and hash are not shipped to this country because they are legally exposed. Third, intended use: CBD food supplements and edibles fall under the EU Novel Food rules. Fourth, the lab report — without a current COA covering the cannabinoid profile plus heavy metals and pesticides, don't buy anywhere.

Can I order Swiss CBD flower to Germany?
Yes, for personal use and at < 0.3 % THC. They ship as collector / aroma products.
Difference between Swiss and EU CBD?
Swiss CBD may contain up to 1 % THC and is often grown indoor under strict standards. For Germany we select genetics < 0.3 % THC.
Why is Swiss CBD often higher quality?
More experience, stricter testing, more indoor production and an established premium market.

What is a Cannabis Social Club?
A non-commercial association where members share supply. We use this model to bring Swiss CBD directly to the community.
How long does shipping to Germany take?
Typically 2–4 business days from Switzerland. You receive a tracking number by email.
Will my parcel be opened at customs?
Every parcel includes the COA and a compliance statement, which usually makes customs smooth.
How long does shipping from Switzerland to Deutschland take?
Typically 2–4 working days from dispatch confirmation. Delays almost always come from import clearance rather than transport.
Are there extra costs when importing into Deutschland?
Yes. Importing from Switzerland into Deutschland triggers import VAT and, in most cases, a carrier clearance fee. You pay these on import, not in the Swiss cart.
Which THC limit applies in Deutschland?
For hemp and CBD products Deutschland applies 0,2 %. Switzerland permits up to 1.0 % — that gap is the most common reason cross-border orders run into trouble.
