What these canton data show
CHF 100 is a possible federal fixed fine for actual adult consumption. It is neither a case count nor a uniform cantonal possession penalty. Possession of up to 10 grams for personal consumption is not punishable; juvenile criminal law applies to minors.
The 1.5 µg/L THC value is an analytical blood-detection threshold under Article 34 VSKV-ASTRA. It defines no permissible or safe dose. Proven prescribed use is subject to the special rule in Article 2(2ter) VRV; a prescription still does not guarantee fitness to drive.
Assignments come from the FOPH register checked on 4 October 2026. We count cantons with an assigned entry, not participants or projects. SCRIPT spans several cities; Zurich has two listed projects. Listing does not establish available study places.
