Why there's a waitlist

Membership is capped by per-canton cohorts — this protects local availability, logistics capacity and the authorities' tolerance. We open the next cohort as soon as the previous one is verified and active.

Current wait times per canton

Zurich, Vaud, Geneva, Basel-Stadt: 2–6 weeks. Bern, Lucerne, Thurgau: 6–12 weeks. Valais, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Aargau: currently closed — opening planned once enough local sponsors sign up. All other cantons: 4–8 weeks.

How to skip the waitlist

A referral code from your network skips the waitlist. The code ties you to an existing member who implicitly vouches for you. If you don't know anyone: enable the Referral Radar and we anonymously match you with members who have open sponsorships.
